Job Description

Join our Real Estate Investment firm in London as a Fund Controller to manage the financial operations of our investment funds.

Responsibilities

Lead fund-level accounting and financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual).
Prepare investor reports and manage capital account statements.
Ensure tax compliance and coordinate with external auditors.
Manage cash flow, liquidity, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Support fund structuring and assist with new fund setups.
Mentor junior accounting staff and maintain financial controls.

Qualifications

3+ years of fund accounting experience, preferably in real estate or private equity.
ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification.
Strong knowledge of UK GAAP/IFRS and tax regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Yardi, MRI) and advanced Excel.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
