360-degree recruitment: Building strong relationships with clients and candidates, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating offers and closing deals.
Business development & prospecting: Developing new business with French-speaking clients and nurturing relationships with existing ones to create long-term partnerships.
Client management: Providing exceptional service to clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored recruitment solutions.

Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role, particularly in business development and prospecting within the French market.
Fluency in French, with the ability to confidently speak with clients and candidates.
