Join our team as a Senior Recruitment Consultant specializing in Financial Markets Operations within the banking industry. You will work with prestigious banks in London to fill various Operations roles.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
Source and screen high-quality candidates for senior accountancy and finance positions
Negotiate and close deals with clients and candidates
Provide excellent service and aftercare to both clients and candidates
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Qualifications

At least 2 years of recruitment experience in any sector
