Execute a strategy for Culture and Engagement to foster a high performing culture
Drive collaboration across PEx and HR functions
Foster continuous improvement and excellence in People Experience
Lead internal employee voice surveys, interpret results and advise on actions
Drive wellbeing and engagement initiatives across the group
Collaborate with Talent and Internal Communications teams to enhance EVP and drive engagement
Support company value review, ERG communities, and employee data utilization for retention
Develop strategic insights, drive awards and recognition, and influence culture change
Maintain awareness of industry trends, support DEI statutory duties and contribute to HR initiatives
Previous experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of culture, engagement, and well-being initiatives
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Knowledge of HR practices and industry trends
