Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end HR processes related to the employee life cycle
Provide HR guidance to managers on policy interpretation and performance management
Support HR Business Partner with recruitment and talent acquisition processes
Coordinate learning and development programs
Analyze HR reports and maintain accurate HR records
Collaborate with HR team on projects

Qualifications

Prior HR experience in Financial Services
Strong administrative and data management skills
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Knowledge of UK employment law and HR systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
