Job Description

Join Eurest as a Catering Supervisor and be responsible for overseeing catering and service operations to deliver exceptional food experiences.

Responsibilities

Preparing delicious food to the highest standards
Supervising culinary and catering teams
Communicating with line manager to monitor KPIs
Representing Compass Group UK&I
Liaising between customers and teams
Supporting and training teams
Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards

Qualifications

Passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
Minimum of two years catering experience
Experience managing teams
Basic Food Hygiene certificate
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ambitious and motivated individual
