Responsibilities

  • Support new supplier onboarding by raising purchase orders and managing product lifecycle
  • Maintain critical path and communicate with suppliers to meet key dates
  • Work closely with various departments daily and improve on-site branded experience
  • Assist brands in building and managing dedicated brand shops
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations
  • Conduct competitor analysis and pricing research

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing product attributes
  • Ability to build professional relationships
  • Analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
