Join Ferrovial Construction UK as a Senior Quality Manager to oversee the implementation of quality management systems in construction projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and driving continuous improvement.
Manage project systems to ensure digital construction and lean digital processes are implemented
Support in tenders and prequalification process when required
Lead quality sessions with project management teams and suppliers
Facilitate quality events and liaise with Employer's Quality leader representative
Monitor compliance with Quality Management Plan throughout the project
Develop and execute Quality Engagement Plan
Analyze non-conformities trends and implement preventive measures
Manage Quality Management System of the project
Ensure correct KPI reporting and establish quality register
Promote company values in all interactions
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or similar discipline
Experience in large infrastructure and construction projects
Ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and solve problems efficiently
Valid CSCS card for site work
