Wincanton is seeking a Senior Crime & Security Specialist to join the team on a Fixed Term Contract. The role involves supporting contracts in the North Midlands area and requires national travel as needed.
Drive a risk-based security review programme to maintain compliance with security standards. Coach operational colleagues on security risk matters and identify improvement opportunities. Conduct investigations and establish root cause security control failures.
Knowledge of industry security standards. Demonstrated experience in operational security management within a supply chain environment. Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems. Ability to achieve government SC clearance and willing to travel throughout the UK.
