Job Description

The International Compliance Manager will oversee compliance and legal practices in CONMED's International markets, ensuring adherence to laws and values.

Responsibilities

Manage Due Diligence screening process for Distributors
Develop compliance strategies, policies, and procedures
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans
Deliver compliance training and communication
Investigate and address compliance concerns
Monitor compliance program effectiveness and drive improvements
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve compliance issues

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required
5+ years in compliance leadership role
Experience with US publicly traded companies and FCPA requirements
Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance
Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
