Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a Regional Account Manager to drive growth in the Premium Wine & Spirit sector within the Birmingham region.

Responsibilities

Drive business growth by increasing sales volumes and securing new business within the on-trade sector (pubs, bars, restaurants) and Off trade.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships.

Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet customer needs and company objectives.

Manage the commercial aspects of accounts, including pricing, contract negotiations, and profit margins.

Regularly meet with customers to discuss product offerings, market trends, and growth opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to deliver seamless customer service.

Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the industry landscape.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a sales or account management role within the drinks, hospitality, or FMCG sector.

Strong understanding of the on-trade environment, including pubs, bars, and restaurants.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Commercially astute with the ability to negotiate and manage complex contracts.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Full UK driving license and willingness to travel regularly.
