Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Business Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of an Environmental Business Unit. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth functioning of business processes, optimising efficiency, and supporting the teams to deliver outstanding services to clients.

Responsibilities

Operational Oversight: Manage and streamline daily operations, including project workflows and client deliverables.
Strategic Alignment: Develop and implement operational strategies supporting long-term goals.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with staff to align on project priorities.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to increase productivity.
Facilities Management: Oversee maintenance and operation of facilities.
Budget Management: Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts.
Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulations and policies.
Technology Integration: Implement technology solutions for operational enhancement.

Qualifications

Leadership qualifications or demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams.
