Job Description

Join Catch22 as a Senior Substance Misuse School Link Practitioner to provide support and interventions to young people and families dealing with substance misuse issues.

Responsibilities

Develop training for education staff and deliver workshops to parents/carers on drug, alcohol, and wellbeing awareness
Provide family interventions and support to parents/carers of service users
Collaborate with schools and agencies to deliver holistic care
Respond to referrals and conduct needs assessments for interventions
Deliver education workshops and offer harm reduction support

Qualifications

NVQ3 Health & Social Care or equivalent
Professional qualification in youth and community work, special educational needs, family and parent interventions
