Responsibilities

Support the team and deputise in the absence of the Nursery Manager
Ensure the highest standards of care and education are provided
Promote the health, growth, and development of every child
Oversee planning activities and assessments following the Early Years Foundation Stage
Implement safeguarding policies and procedures
Maintain communication with parents, carers, and external professionals
Support Nursery manager in operational responsibilities

Qualifications

Qualified with NNEB, NVQ Level 3, BTEC, BA Hons or equivalent
Experience in childcare legislation and Early Years Foundation Stage
