Job Description

Join our team at Tarmac as an Admin Team Leader for the logistics division based at our Head Offices near Birmingham Airport.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day contract haulier vehicle management and administration
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead a team of five direct reports
  • Handle front-facing interactions with Hauliers
  • Provide management information on volumes, KPIs, and SLAs

Qualifications

  • Experience leading a team and people managing
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Understanding of continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of software such as Smartsheet and Docusign
