Lead the Project Sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Identify and create new sales opportunities.
Prepare project proposals based on design.
Provide leadership in all sales and business development activities.
Degree qualification, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Previous experience in the Air Conditioning industry.
Technical understanding of VRF/ASHP products.
Sales operations knowledge.
Proven track record in selling VRF air conditioning products.
