Job Description

Join LX Pantos UK as a Warehouse & Distribution Supervisor. The role involves warehouse stock management, generating shipment lists, stock-taking, invoicing, customer service, and more.

Responsibilities

Warehouse stock management
Generating picking list for outbound shipment
Generating advanced shipment notice for inbound shipment
Stock-taking and keep the stock level identical between actual and system
Invoicing and Settlement
Customer Service, dealing with complaints / Claims, Shipment Tracking / Contract management
At least 5 years of experience in related work is required
Any other ad-hoc duties or responsibilities as requested
Proceed and Support W&D Bidding, Rate Quotation
Understanding of MS OFFICE (Especially Excel, Outlook & Teams)
Support related departments for W&D system development

Qualifications

Fluent in English and Korean
Legal right to work in the UK
Minimum 5 years of related work experience
