Job Description

The Portfolio Lead oversees a fast-paced portfolio of projects within the delivery roadmap, ensuring governance and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

Matrix management of PMO resources supporting scrum teams and locations
Manage supply and demand planning across all portfolio projects
Act as liaison and escalation point for issues, risks, and dependencies
Prepare management Governance packs synchronized with agreed reporting cycle

Qualifications

Extensive experience in Financial Services and Pensions industry
Experience as a PMO Lead or Portfolio Manager
Knowledgeable of Scrum and waterfall project delivery methodologies
Strong problem-solving and reasoning skills
