Job Description

The Finance Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the daily financial operations and administration of the company's UK Subsidy, providing crucial support to business activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting activities such as accounts booking, expense reimbursements, and bank reconciliations.
  • Oversee company's cash flow and ensure efficient fund utilization.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements accurately and timely.
  • Handle tax reporting and compliance, ensuring adherence to relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Provide financial analysis and decision-making support to business units.
  • Establish and maintain internal control systems for compliance and effectiveness of financial processes.
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external audits, providing necessary financial documentation and support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial area.
  • Strong knowledge of UK accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
