Responsibilities

Ensure operational services are executed effectively and efficiently across transport service providers
Oversee daily operations to ensure on time delivery and timely follow-ups
Investigate and resolve quality-related issues reported by customers
Monitor transport execution to ensure adherence to work standards
Provide input for reporting and reviews

Qualifications

Demonstrable experience in a customer-facing role within transport or logistics
Strong communication skills
Solid understanding of supply chain management
