Aksia, a New York-based alternative investments research and advisory firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to provide support to the London office and local team.

Responsibilities

  • General office reception duties
  • Processing mail and arranging courier services
  • Greeting visitors and coordinating meetings
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Managing office budget and expenses
  • HR administration
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
  • Assisting Compliance Officer with regulatory deadlines
  • Booking travel and submitting expenses
  • Planning team outings
