Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support clients in meal preparation and dietary needs, ensuring adherence to care plans.
  • Help with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping for groceries.
  • Drive clients to appointments or social activities as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate personnel.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans effectively.
  • Engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities to promote mental well-being.

Qualifications

  • 1 year proven experience in Health and Social Care is a must.
  • No sponsorships
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to drive and possess a valid driving licence is a must.
  • Familiarity with IT systems for record keeping and communication purposes.
  • A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
