We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager with expertise in large-scale ERP implementations, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Field Service. This role involves leading end-to-end implementation programs, managing project delivery, and driving organizational change management.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ERP implementation programs
Manage scope, timelines, cost, and quality
Oversee cutover planning and major Go-Lives
Manage cross-functional teams
Implement KPIs and reporting mechanisms
Drive organizational change management

Qualifications

Proven experience in leading large ERP transformations
Strong background in Agile delivery & fixed-price project management
Expertise in risk and issue management
Proficiency in Microsoft Project and project planning tools
Excellent stakeholder management skills
