Job Description

Lead Physiotherapist role in a mental health inpatient setting at the Whiteleaf Centre in Aylesbury. Responsible for providing physiotherapy input to adult wards, managing own caseload, supporting the multi-disciplinary team, and leading on audits and quality improvement projects.

Responsibilities

Assess and treat patients with neurological conditions, MSK conditions, and mobility difficulties.
Provide physiotherapy input on adult mental health wards.
Manage and prioritize own caseload.
Support multi-disciplinary team for holistic patient care.

Qualifications

Degree in Physiotherapy.
HCPC registration.
Experience in mental health physiotherapy.
Previous leadership experience preferred.
