Job Description

Join our team as a Senior Support Worker for the Complex Trauma Pathway at B&NES CAMHS in Keynsham. Assist clinicians in delivering trauma-informed interventions and supporting young people and families through psychoeducational materials and therapeutic groups.

Responsibilities

Assist in delivering trauma-informed psychological interventions.
Support psychoeducational work with young people and families.
Co-facilitate therapeutic groups alongside clinicians.
Administer and analyze Routine Outcome Measures (ROMs).
Contribute to clinical audit and research.
Support training initiatives for CAMHS staff and professionals.
Collaborate with schools, social care, and other key services.

Qualifications

NVQ Level 4 or equivalent in a relevant subject area.
Experience working with individuals with mental health difficulties.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in psychoeducational or group-based interventions.
Ability to work independently with supervision.
Experience in data collection, research, or audit processes.
