Responsibilities

Coordinate shifts with Residential Support Workers for smooth operations
Safely manage risks in line with company policies
Ensure clear communication with the team
Document progress of young people using paperless systems
Review care plans regularly
Participate in quality training
Contribute to service improvements in staff meetings
Act as an advocate for young people
Use positive support strategies in working with young people

Qualifications

Provide support using a positive parenting approach
Exceptional communication skills
Sound knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations 2015
Open-minded, empathetic, and professional
Full Manual Driving Licence
Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Commitment to CPD
Passion for Working with Children and Young People
Team player with a progressive mindset
