We are looking for an Assistant Manager to support the Shop Manager in the day-to-day operations of our retail shop in Smallthorne. This role involves managing the shop team, maintaining high standards, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities

Support the Shop Manager in day-to-day operations
Manage the shop team in the absence of the Shop Manager
Assist in opening and closing procedures
Lead and guide the team in cash management and utilizing company systems
Maintain shop presentation standards
Encourage team communication and idea sharing
Provide outstanding customer service
Adhere to operational procedures and social responsibility duties

Qualifications

Previous retail supervisory experience
