Job Description

Join AkzoNobel as a Store Lead at Dulux Decorating Centres, supporting the store management team to increase sales and market share by building effective partnerships with customers and developing the store sales team.

Responsibilities

Support the Cluster Manager in delivering a culture of engagement
Collaborate to nurture a high performing sales team
Ensure stores have the right culture, processes, and controls
Own the P&L with a focus on sales, margin, and cost efficiency
Maintain a market-leading customer service experience
Develop customer contact plans
Review performance and trends with the Cluster Manager

Qualifications

Supervisory experience in a retail store
Comfortable with business systems
Commercially astute
