Responsibilities

Coordinate the team to deliver exceptional customer service
Open/close the store and ensure all decisions benefit customers and colleagues
Support the Store Manager in various operational tasks
Maintain store cleanliness and presentation

Qualifications

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
