Qualifications

3-5+ years of industry experience in Embedded Software Programming in C
Experience with microcontrollers like STM32, ARM Microcontrollers, PIC
Knowledge of low level firmware, RTOS, network interfaces, IDEs, touchscreen HMI interfaces, etc.
