Job Description

Join FootBalance as a Key Account Executive, supporting regional sales efforts, training retail, B2B, and medical partners, and enhancing customer success across the UK-wide, with a focus on the Midlands to South Region.

Responsibilities

Build and nurture key account relationships to accelerate sales and market growth.
Train and support B2B, retail, and medical partners.
Represent FootBalance at trade shows, industry events, and product demonstrations.
Develop and expand partnerships to unlock new business opportunities.
Provide hands-on technical support, including transporting, installing, and setting up technology.
Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to execute sales strategies.
Deliver exceptional service to business partners, conducting product demos and providing training.
Onboard new accounts and lead ongoing technical and product training.
Design and execute tailored training programs for key retail locations.
Support the sales team with customer demos of the MyFootBalance 3D foot scanning service.

Qualifications

3-5 years' experience in retail, account management, or B2B sales.
Background in training, foot health, or sports therapy is a plus.
Technical skills to install and maintain scanning equipment.
Strong presentation, training, and communication skills.
Target-driven mindset with a passion for driving sales.
Willingness to travel within the UK (approx. 75% of the time).
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Full working proficiency in both written and spoken English.
Car, valid UK driving license & legal work authorization.
