Job Description

Our client, an ambitious and rapidly growing business engineering and business infrastructure consulting group, is seeking a Learning and Development Lead to join their team as HR Manager. This role will involve managing and developing HR operations to support the group's growth.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop HR strategy and operations
  • Oversee onboarding process for new hires
  • Develop and implement HR processes and systems
  • Manage recruitment process and talent pipelines
  • Lead change management initiatives
  • Implement performance management strategies
  • Develop frameworks for employee development
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and senior leaders
  • Support culture alignment across the organization
  • Develop and communicate HR policies and practices
  • Manage HR reporting and data analysis
  • Drive continuous improvement of HR systems

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in HR management
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, systems, and processes
  • Strong understanding of employment law and best practices
  • Proven experience in change management
  • Proficiency in HR technologies and systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Data-driven approach with HR metrics experience
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent HR qualification
