Join our client, a well-established multi-site business in Northern Ireland, as an In-House Recruitment Partner. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
  • Work closely with Regional Managers to understand recruitment needs
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Advertise vacancies and run recruitment campaigns
  • Source candidates through various channels
  • Maintain talent pipeline for future hiring
  • Support hiring managers during interviews and onboarding
  • Ensure recruitment practices are fair and compliant
  • Provide recruitment updates to senior management
  • Evaluate and improve recruitment strategies

Qualifications

  • Proven recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Comfortable with IT systems and recruitment platforms
  • Full, clean driving licence
