Resolve customer enquiries via telephone and email
Work closely with colleagues to resolve queries efficiently
Support general administration tasks
Contribute to overseas customer support effectiveness
Responsible for customer account management and credit control

Qualifications

Bilingual in Spanish and Portuguese
Professional telephone manner
Experience in telephone-based customer service advantageous
Strong IT skills, confident with MS Office
Ability to work under pressure
