Job Description

Join a rapidly growing FMCG brand as the Ecommerce Carrier and Fulfilment Manager, overseeing logistics, fulfilment, and delivery operations.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage end-to-end logistics and fulfilment processes
Oversee inventory management and storage solutions
Partner with 3PL providers for timely deliveries
Implement strategies to enhance order accuracy and reduce delivery times
Monitor KPIs and drive operational improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution
Lead logistics scalability efforts and ensure compliance with standards

Qualifications

Experience in ecommerce logistics or supply chain management
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Experience with 3PLs, warehousing, and last-mile delivery providers
Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
Familiarity with inventory management systems and ERP software
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
