Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our team and work closely with the Senior Leadership team to enhance business performance through strategic financial planning and analysis.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement financial strategies to support company growth.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain internal controls.
Lead and support a small finance team in day-to-day activities.
Assess financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

Fully qualified - ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
Extensive experience in financial management, business partnering, and financial control.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
