Job Description

As a Smoking Cessation Practitioner within the service, you will provide intensive behavioural support and advice to clients looking to quit smoking. Join our integrated smoking cessation service in the BCUHB area and positively influence smokers seeking support to quit.

Responsibilities

Provide intensive behavioural support and advice to clients wanting to stop smoking
Work effectively with clinical staff and wider team to ensure patients receive necessary pharmacotherapy
Maintain accurate and confidential client records
Participate in shaping the development of the service

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal skills
Experience in working with clients to promote positive behavior change
Organisational skills
Willingness to work flexibly
