Responsibilities

Leading daily meetings with the Lettings team
Coaching the team to achieve KPI's
Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance
Developing and maintaining relationships with Landlords and Tenants
Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
Ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' experience in residential lettings
Full UK Driving Licence
Strong communication and customer service skills
Understanding of current legislation in Residential Lettings
Ability to create and action business plans
