Responsibilities

Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly using their name.
Ensure good working knowledge of food, beverages, and wine.
Be friendly, courteous, and professional at all times.
Up-sell and maximize sales revenue whenever possible.

Qualifications

Previous hotel experience desired.
Previous experience in high volume/fast-paced environment.
Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
