Join our team as a Night Manager at the Clayton Hotel Bristol City. Lead the night operations team to ensure the highest standards of customer service, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Oversee hotel operations during the night shift
Ensure highest level of customer service and guest relations
Manage team of Night Porters and Front Office duties
Lead team to achieve goals in quality evaluations and hotel standards

Qualifications

2-3 years in similar night or reception role
Previous hospitality experience
Excellent computer and leadership skills
Fluency in English
