Are you an experienced and motivated Property or Lettings Manager looking to make a real difference? Join our team at Serco and contribute to providing housing solutions to those in need within our communities.

Responsibilities

Support the Senior Management Team (SMT) in reaching contractual bedspace growth targets.
Manage and motivate a team of Property Sourcers to achieve property/bedspace growth target.
Work closely with the Property Negotiators Team to provide bed space prospects.
Lead, coordinate, and manage regional property sourcing teams to enhance property acquisition.
Assist with AASC procurement campaigns, social media initiatives, and landlord engagement efforts.

Qualifications

Experience in sales and managing KPIs.
People management and coaching skills.
Event management, networking, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of the Property Industry.
UK driving licence.
