Job Description

Join The Compleat Food Group as a Safety, Health, and Environment Manager at our Palethorpes site. Lead safety, health, and environmental initiatives to ensure compliance and promote a proactive safety culture.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver the site?s SHE improvement plan.
Monitor and report against the SHE balanced scorecard.
Lead audits, emergency planning, and SHE reporting requirements.
Support and implement group wide SHE initiatives and campaigns.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of SHE experience, ideally in a food manufacturing environment.
Level 6 Health & Safety qualification (e.g., NEBOSH Diploma) ? essential.
Leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
