Job Description

Join our team as a Maintenance Operations Stores Contact in Chesterfield. Support the Maintenance Operations Stores and Workshop Team Leader in providing excellent service to our clients' customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Maintenance Operations Manager and S&W Team Leader on stock requirements
  • Communicate with other departments for effective communication
  • Monitor training requirements and accreditations
  • Develop relationships with peer groups and operational departments
  • Maintain morale and resolve team issues
  • Adhere to H&S guidelines and escalate issues when necessary
  • Assist with Maintenance Ops CI
  • Respond to requests and enquiries promptly
  • Maintain spares availability and stock levels
  • Liaise with external suppliers
  • Monitor shipment of customer property and assets
  • Arrange van collections and liaise with couriers
