Job Description

As a Warehouse Supervisor at LKQ, you will be responsible for leading a team of General Assistants to drive exceptional performance and standards in the warehouse operations. You will ensure high performance and operational standards to deliver the Customer Promise.

Responsibilities

Manage warehouse operations, resources, and customer service
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation
Drive balanced performance across key business metrics
Lead, coach, and develop teams for current and future needs
Conduct regular colleague reviews and engagement activities
Work on branch recruitment and succession planning
Deliver daily briefings to align colleagues with objectives

Qualifications

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience in leading warehouse operations with a customer-first approach
Knowledge of recruitment processes and P&L management
Ability to address Health and Safety concerns effectively
Capability to develop and support colleagues for optimal performance
