Job Description

Join Lidl as a Warehouse Shift Leader in the Transport department to lead operations in one of our warehouses and support a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

Line manage an amazing team, supporting them with development, coaching, and training
Lead shifts, taking responsibility for colleague performance
Work closely with other Shift Leaders to ensure smooth operations
Support Department Manager with daily operations and personnel management
Create an environment where your team can excel
Mentor colleagues and support training
Promote efficient working methods
Perform general warehouse operative duties
