Job Description

Join our team as an IT Support Engineer and be part of a growing managed services provider. This role involves providing 1st/2nd line technical support for client environments and maintaining IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Provide 1st/2nd line support for client environments
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Support cloud and on-prem infrastructure (MS 365, Azure, Windows Server)
Contribute to project rollouts and system upgrades
Deliver excellent customer service

Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years experience in 1st Line or 2nd Line support
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server, and networking basics
