Responsibilities

Building lasting relationships with customers on patch
BDM coaching and management support
Developing the commercial returns of your patch
Use market insights to inform decision making and actionable outcomes
Win new business across our product portfolio in line with the On Trade strategy
Protect and grow existing business
Curate and deliver best in class, disruptive, activations in line with the Au Vodka brand strategy
Work closely with internal departments to deliver the best possible return on investment on sales investments
Analyze and review sales and activation performance
Deliver against set KPI's
Confident, passionate, and fun with a desire to hit target
Calm and able to think clearly under pressure
Clear understanding of the UK On Trade market
Able to prioritize effectively

Qualifications

2 years Account Management in FMCG
Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills
Good knowledge or interest in event management and the alcohol industry
Ability to work well under pressure, manage workload, and meet tight deadlines
Impeccable organizational skills
Self-motivated and comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate and influence wider teams
