Job Description

Join Rainbow Fostering Services as a Fostering Team Manager to lead and inspire a dedicated team of supervising social workers in providing safe and nurturing homes for children and young people.

Responsibilities

Provide supervision and leadership to social work staff
Coordinate foster carer support and development
Ensure compliance with regulations and standards
Contribute to service development and recruitment

Qualifications

Qualified Social Worker (registered with Social Work England)
Minimum 3 years' post-qualifying experience in fostering or children's services
Strong knowledge of fostering regulations and safeguarding
Excellent communication and organisational skills
