Job Description

Join Rainbow Fostering Services as a Fostering Team Manager. We are committed to providing safe, supportive, and nurturing homes for children and young people.

Responsibilities

Provide strong, reflective supervision and leadership to social work staff
Oversee and coordinate foster carer supervision, support, and development
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, fostering regulations, and Ofsted standards
Work closely with other departments to ensure excellent outcomes for children
Lead on quality assurance, audits, and performance monitoring

Qualifications

Qualified Social Worker (Social Work England registered)
Minimum 3 years' post-qualifying experience in fostering or children's services
Sound knowledge of fostering regulations, safeguarding, and inspection frameworks
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
