Job Description

Join our team as an Event Sales Executive at V&A Dundee, responsible for both reactive and proactive event enquiries, converting them into commercial opportunities. Develop strong relationships with the local community to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

Identify new sales leads through research, networking, and exhibitions
Respond to enquiries and quotes professionally and efficiently
Manage end-to-end enquiry process from proposal to booking
Build lasting client relationships for repeat business
Ensure data quality and compliance on CRM systems
Work closely with Venue GMs and Event Design team
Sell effectively against competition in the market
Engage with the local community to create commercial opportunities

Qualifications

Strong background in hospitality sales
Proven track record of meeting sales targets
Passion for cultural destinations
Knowledge of the local market
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and deliver sales targets
